BIS Security Tag Seal
Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the 925 BIS Hallmarking security tag remains intact and unworn.
Insured Reverse Pickup
We arrange fully insured reverse courier pickup directly from your doorstep with tamper-proof bags.
15-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee
We want you to treasure every IndiaSilvo creation. If a piece does not completely enchant you or requires a different ring/bracelet size, you may initiate a return or exchange within 15 calendar days of recorded delivery.
Condition & Packaging Requirements
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, returned items must meet our luxury inspection criteria:
- Unworn, undamaged, and free of scratches, perfume residues, or alterations.
- Accompanied by the original velvet presentation box, Certificate of Authenticity, and BIS guarantee card.
- Tamper-evident security tag must be firmly attached and uncut.
Custom Commissions & Bespoke Engravings
Creations that have been customized with bespoke laser engravings, custom gemstone sourcing, or modified dimensions are crafted exclusively for the client and are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing imperfection.
Atelier Inspection & Refund Disbursal
Upon receipt at our atelier, our master jewelers inspect the silver purity and gemstone settings within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
