Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

To Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share an unboxing video and product photos.
  3. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences.

Customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable.
  • A duplicate payment has been made.
  • An approved exchange cannot be fulfilled.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
